| The villa is surrounded by views of Twelve Apostle Mountain Range, Lions Head, Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean offering extensive rest options and providing space and peace. The Villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 adults and is child friendly. The interior is perfected in rustic, modern looks with Asian furnishings and exclusive finishes. White walls, dark wooden blinds and lanterns encircle the villa to emphasise on the LOTUS flowers living conditions. To maintain this 25 year old houses personality, a few of the original features were kept. It has a double wooden garage with direct access to the house and off street parking for 2 cars. The main door opens up to a staircase leading to a natural tiled front terrace and a glistening pool. The soft, grassy area is cornered by a beautiful ocean facing garden and is an ideal place to relax on the sun lounges with a book from the library. During warm evenings and lazy hot days, the outdoor entertainment offers grilling and dining facilities with a view. The concrete bench along the wall on the terrace has a dual function: seating at the table or lying down in colourful, snug cushions. All around the villa, the setting of lovely gardens, fountains and ponds with natural rocks and trees such as palm, lemon and pepper trees creates a character of serenity. Meditation is welcomed under the majestic palm tree by the rocks or just chill in the backyard with a refreshing cocktail gazing at the mountains and lush of greenery. Upon entering the house, an open planned build-in designed concrete kitchen, fully furnished with all modern amenities and including a casual seating area greets you. This living area provides an ideal fusion of Eastern style open-air living. The carved benches of the 10 seater-table located in the open planned kitchen area with views of Table Mountain can be extended for up to 12 guests. Natural Earth-Cote glazed floors joining white walls and decorated with Eastern Art and Mirrors is seen through out the villa. The four bedrooms are neatly decorated to give emphasise on the importance of a restful sleep. Each room has King Beds of which two of the bedrooms can be converted into twin beds for our single guests and children. The free standing wardrobe and mirrors, the custom designed bed-headboards and pedestals with fluffy loose carpets compliment the overall décor of Eastern influence. Each bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan that includes a dimming light. During the day the Venetian wooden blinds can be pulled down for a quick nap or you can sit down, light a candle and meditate using the meditation facilities provided including guided meditations, candles, a meditation cushion and a Mala – a counting bead for mantras. Downstairs you will find the lounging area decorated with dark-red; ostrich-skinned sofas, designed mirrors, luxury cushions and comfy throws with golden features creating extra Eastern richness. The location of the lounge was selected to offer extra relaxation and it is much cooler downstairs. The library has a book selection that ranges from drama, thrillers, adventures, and children books. During your stay in the villa the games in the library can offer hours of fun and laughter for the whole family. Entertainment can continue by putting your feet up and enjoying a movie or series from our DVD collection or watch the South African local channels. This villa is unique as it offers the client ultimate relaxation in a peaceful setting.
