| This renovated Villa is superbly situated on a double plot with a little mountain stream crossing the second double plot. Every room has stunning views of the Mountain or the Ocean. This Villa is situated at the far end of a cul-de-sac with an indigenous garden which offers privacy, peace and tranquility. Just across the Villa Table Mountain National Park slopes up into Table Mountain with a walking trail leading up to Kasteelpoort. The Villa is 1.2 km walk from the beaches and shops and there is a convenience store 300 metres away. The master bedroom and guest bedroom are en-suite with both shower and bath and both have doors that lead out onto the garden. |
