50 ON HELY is a modern, well-appointed, comfortable upmarket home with great views and entertainment areas. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom property has been newly renovated with wooden flooring, contemporary bathrooms, decks and kitchen. The property is situated high up on the slopes of Table Mountain with easy access to water streams and walking paths in the mountain reserve. Situated on the ocean facing side of Hely Hutchinson Road in Camps Bay, the entrance stairs lead through a tranquil fountain garden to the front door and downstairs apartment. As you enter, the entertainment area offers a 10-seater dining room on the right, which leads to outside couch seating and a further dining table on the deck. Towards the left there are two lounges, which leads onto the kitchen with a laundry room and also opens onto the deck with a further outside dining 12-seater and a built-in barbecue. A jacuzzi, sheltered and private, is featured on this deck off the entertainment area. Upstairs you will find the magnificent master bedroom with en-suite lounge and bathroom with bath and shower, opening onto a deck with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostle mountain range. There are a further two bedrooms situated on this level, with a shared lounge en-suite offering similar views over the Atlantic Ocean, sharing a bathroom with bath and shower across the passage. On the lower end of the property there is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom with bath and shower, sharing a kitchenette and lounge at pool level. The swimming pool is situated on the lowest level in the garden with new wood decking and loungers. The property features free Wi-Fi in all areas and a full bouquet of satellite TV. Some areas feature air-conditioning and all the deck areas have transparent roller blinds for cooler evenings and windy days. A 6th bedroom in the apartment is available with two single beds if needed. Service for the guests is offered at 6 days per week and not on Public Holidays. No smoking is allowed within the covered areas of the house. A function has to be pre-arranged with the agent. Inconsiderate noise after midnight will result in a R5000 fine payable.
