| There are 5 bedrooms and 3 levels to Adara. The top floor entrance of Adara welcomes with breathtaking views of the ocean. An entertainment bar and lounge area as well as 2 bedrooms are housed on this top floor. The first bedroom leads directly off the top floor garage and has an en suite bathroom with shower only. The second bedroom is the magnificent master suite. The second level down offers an open plan living and dining room, overlooked by a fully equipped kitchen. A large dining table seats 10 and living area surrounds a gas fireplace with large flat screen, wall mounted TV. The entire second level leads out onto a spacious balcony overlooking the bay with outdoor dining and gas barbeque. A spiral staircase leads down to the third and lowest level of the villa. A further 3 sea facing bedrooms all enjoy access to the lower level pool deck.Two of the three rooms offer en-suite bathrooms with one accessing a dedicated bathroom. The lowest level also features a cosy TV lounge which leads out onto the terrace with swimming pool. Adara offers the discerning traveler an elegant environment in which to relax and enjoy whilst taking in the magnification sea views sweeping all three floors. |
