This villa is truly beautiful. The light, airy Scandinavian interior is juxtaposed with numerous traditional pieces and personal touches, making this a neat, yet interesting and relaxed home. Architecturally, the villa has been designed to make the most of the views of the ocean and of the mountains with the abundant use of large glass doors and windows.

The top floor is the heart of the home and consists of an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, all of which lead onto a wide patio which is furnished with large white couches, providing a relaxed lounging area with magnificent views of the ocean. The dining room comfortably seats 10 people and the new contemporary kitchen is fitted throughout with Miele appliances.
Also on the top floor, is the impressive main bedroom with its elegant en suite bathroom, both of which have large glass doors leading onto private patios overlooking the ocean and up at Lions Head. The bedroom is furnished with a king sized, extra length bed, a TV and a log fireplace.

The downstairs area comprises of three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and large glass doors that open up onto the well-manicured garden. The one bedroom is exceptionally spacious and has its own private deck area, an outside shower and views of Table Mountain as well as the pool area.

Downstairs, you will also find an expansive TV Lounge that flows onto a similarly sized covered patio and the swimming pool area where you’ll find numerous loungers and oversized beanbags on which you can sunbathe, cool off under the large trees or chill-out with one of the many books from the well-stocked library.

The fifth bedroom, although part of the main house, is a quaint garden studio with its own entrance, a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. It is furnished with a queen sized extra length bed and a TV.

The villa also has a private gym for your use.
