Downstairs is a lovely fully equipped kitchen, which includes laundry facilities, a dishwasher and a breakfast bar. The dining area seats 8 guests comfortably and leads into the TV lounge, with satellite channels and a large L-shaped leather couch. Sliding doors lead out onto the garden terrace.

Both of the bedrooms are located on the entrance level and enjoy balcony access with sea views. The main bedroom has a King-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds, which may be converted to a King on request.

Outside on the balcony are comfortable chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the sunset, while downstairs is the perfect place for you to soak up the sun, or BBQ and dine al fresco in the evening. There is an electric awning ( with automatic wind sensors ) to provide some extra shade on warmer days and a communal swimming pool available for guests.
