The second bedroom, affectionately referred to as the ‘pink’ room leads off the informal TV area and is the second sea facing bedroom. Bedrooms three, four and five – the yellow, blue and cloud atlas rooms respectively – are located on the mountain facing side of the property. These three rooms open up onto the back terrace by large glass sliding doors. Cloud Atlas features a four poster queen size bed and has an en suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The Blue and Yellow rooms, both with queen size beds, share a communal bathroom with large shower and single basin.
All the bedrooms have TV and air conditioning.

The main living room and kitchen are located on the top floor. Strategically placed skylights frame the 12 Apostles mountain range whilst large sliding doors stack away to reveal ocean views from the outdoor entertainment area with plunge pool and built in BBQ. Lavish furnishings include a 64” Samsung Smart TV with Blue Tooth surround sound system, air conditioning, wood fired induction fireplace and a 12 seater dining room table. A fully equipped open plan Miele kitchen with gas stove top on the centre island, convection ovens, built in fridges and coffee station make for an entertainers delight. A neatly self-contained scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer complete this luxury home. There is also a guest loo on this level.
