| The villa is situated on a double plot and a wide one, so very large space on 3 levels The gym and the 5th bedroom ( fully furnished new flatlet) are on the lower level. 4 en-suites all on the top level all leading out onto a long terrace with awesome views across the bay and gorgeous mountain views as well. All bedrooms are air conditioned and only the master bedroom has a tv. The villa has a fully functioning cinema which is always a favourite for guest. Maid service as well as a permanent house boy to oversee the guest stay. 11 X 3 M pool with automated cover. Villa has a operational study and is fully wi-fi. Parking for 5 cars inside the property and ample space for 5 more in the driveway area. Fully alarmed and secure. |
