| A large double garage allows easy and secure access to the front door which leads directly to the top floor of house. The top floor is comprised of a high gloss, beautiful open plan kitchen which flows onto the dining and living area. The living area leads onto a balcony and pool with exquisite views of the Atlantic Ocean. It is from here that one can lie on one of the sun loungers, taking in the sun whilst sipping on a cocktail. The next level down, which is the middle floor, consists of 4 bedrooms of which all have sea views and all are ensuite. The main bedroom is on the sea facing side of the property, with a stylish interior design, large walk in dressing area and closet and modern open plan bathroom.
