| On the rocks is a pristine, two bedroom luxury beach cottage right on the waters edge in a secluded cul de sac in Bakoven. The scent of the ocean, gentle crash of the waves and sublime craggy coves are a majestic backdrop against which to relax, unwind and enjoy a luxury seaside break. A sunken lounge, furnished with plush daybed and dining room table opens up onto a sea facing porch with private pool. A sun room encompassing the beach boulders as unique seating leads off the living room and is furnished with bistro tables from which to enjoy long sunny beach days and velvet sunset skies. The kitchen is well equipped and features a unique walk-in fridge or chilled room. A tall breakfast table with seating for four is perfectly positioned at the sliding doors which open up onto the sea facing porch. Upstairs is a second, informal lounge which has access to a balcony with wire deck railing. The master bedroom enjoys an en suite bathroom with heated towel rails, large bath and overhead shower. The beds are twin with a king-bed converter. The second bedroom, with queen size bed, can also be accessed via an inter-leading door from the master bedroom. The dedicated bathroom enjoys a large shower and heated towel rails. A smeg washing machine and smeg tumble dryer are neatly built into the bathroom cupboards. All three upstairs rooms have overhead ceiling fans and large floor to ceiling windows with exterior sliding shutters. Cool shades of grey set against the natural stone of the beach boulders and complemented by the earthiness of the wooden floors makes On the rocks a luxurious beach cottage unlike any other.
