| This luxury Villa has a formal living room and kitchen on the very top floor. An expansive space, this open plan area features two 6-seater L-shaped couches as well as a dining room table with seating for 12. The open plan kitchen has a large centre island with breakfast seating for three. Dark granite countertops with subtle reflective highlights provide a simple yet dramatic contrast to the white cabinets and natural beech wood floors. Large glass sliding doors open up onto a pebble-screed balcony, which features an infinity pool and enjoys views of Lions head and the ocean. An outdoor dining table, with seating for eight, and sun loungers are an ideal retreat for the discerning holiday maker. The middle and entrance level features the Master bedroom with King Bed, Flat screen TV and open plan en suite bathroom. A sea facing balcony is accessed from the master bedroom, which also enjoys ample cupboard space and air-conditioning. On the lower level are the remaining two bedrooms as well as a spacious family room with large flat screen TV. The second bedroom opens up onto the ground floor patio and garden area which features the second swimming pool. This bedroom is air-conditioned and has an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and a large en suite bathroom with motion sensor lighting. Casablanca is one of the few properties which offers two swimming pools and is completely air-conditioned throughout. Furnished in unique solid wood pieces, Casablanca is a vacation rental with an extreme sense of space and comfortable charm.
