| Upstairs is the entertainment area. It has a large open plan modern fully equipped kitchen with a dining room table that seats 8 people. Has a huge Flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and an iPod docking station. The aluminum doors open up onto the outside deck. The upstairs entertainment also has air-conditioning. The outside deck has 2 loungers, an outside table that seats 10 people under a latte roof and an 8 seated Jacuzzi. It also has a swimming pool on the lower level of the house as you enter (not sea facing). It is a fantastic house for entertaining and for sun downers in the evenings overlooking the ocean.
