| This spacious family five bedroom residence enjoys fine sea and hill views from wide balconies and a large garden of mature trees. An attractive curvaceous swimming pool and conservatory summer house constituting a large entertaining and barbecue area enjoys complete privacy set against the backdrop of the Lions Head slopes. The Table Mountain cable car upper station can also be seen from here. The colour scheme of the art deco suite of furniture in the living room is attractive cream leather on light wood centred around a formal fireplace. A beige marble tile balcony runs adjacent to the living room along the full width of the house overlooking the landscaped gardens and wooded hillside. The neighbouring formal dining room area has a table seating eight. The nearby kitchen with gas and electric hobs makes this an ideal entertaining venue. There is additional catering capacity in a double fridge-freezer in an adjoining courtyard utility room. A guest bathroom is also located here on the ground floor.
