The mid-level incorporates all functional living spaces such as the lounge, patio, dining room and kitchen. The lounge is exceptionally well-lit due to the glass-sliding doors opening up to the exterior entertainment patio. The lounge features a large plasma television with satellite, DVD player and a surround-sound system. The lap pool has a built-in seating-step in the water, which allows for friends to sip on cocktails in the pool whilst still being in utterly close proximity to those lounging on the patio. From here one may cook on the barbeque, a few sit round the table and others in the pool are able to participate in the conversation of the party. The kitchen is completed with marble tops and Beech-Wood cabinets. A formal dining area is able to seat eight to ten. The third level features 3 bedroom suites all with air conditioning. Two of which are en suite and 2 bedrooms have double single beds which can be pushed together to form a queen size bed if needed. The ground level bedroom includes two en-suite bathrooms, a queen size bed, ample wardrobe space, and a fully-equipped laundry room. An office area is complete with all office equipment. There is a wireless internet connection and under floor heating in the mid-level area and two of the upstairs bedroom suites of the villa. Parking for three vehicles is available. The entire property comprises of 4 separate units within an electric -wired perimeter and grand wrought-iron entry gates, these being guarded round the clock by a permanent on-duty security guard. All units are designed with true authenticity to depict a slice of the Mediterranean signature-style of the famed Tuscan Villa. The villa exudes warmth and charm in its earthy, sand-yellow, pastel-terracotta and butternut-hued aesthetic appeal. The villa consists of three levels in its entirety. The lower entry level is comprised of a private guest-apartment, a fully-equipped and functional laundry room (including additional fridge; freezer and ice-making machine), three-car garage, and a guest cloak-room. The private guest apartment includes the additions of two en-suite bathrooms, each having vanities and a shower. In the apartment one is offered more than ample wardrobe space. A queen-sized bed is clad in authentic Helen Mellon linen, as is the case with the rest of the homes respective bedding. A flight of Travertine-tiled stairs takes one to the mid-level area. Here, a sunny, open-planned expanse incorporates all functional living spaces such as the lounge, patio, dining room and kitchen.
