| Perched high on the twelve apostles this property offers a unique view of Camps Bay below and the ocean stretching far into the horizon. On entry you are welcomed by two separate outside patios, one gravel and one manicured lawn, both offering a magnificent location to lounge in and revel in the simply stunning view. On the first floor a compact office also offers the same view. A library with elegant chairs and long bookcases presents the perfect place to relax and contemplate. There is a small but comfortable waiting room and a large Mini Gym and Games Room which offers a Pool table, Spinning Bike, Weights and as added bonus a Foosball Table. If you are feeling especially exuberant there is even a Tennis Practice Court on the property. Upstairs you are greeted by a contemporary living space that makes full use of natural light with its wraparound patio doors and skylights. Fully Fitted kitchen with all mod cons including a state of the art Espresso Machine and Stainless Steel Blender. Funky Modern Bar with a backdrop provided by Mother Nature, thanks to the glass windows and skylights. The Dining area offers you views of both the ocean and the magnificent Lions Head that towers literally over the property. The lounge is furnished in a trendy afro/ethnic manner which is complimented by the two hanging chairs which allow you to swing peacefully, as you soak in the view. There is a completely self contained Audio Visual Room with a large Screen Projector, very comfortable chairs and its own Private Balcony. (Also doubles as 5th bedroom) The Patio, which has direct sliding door access from the Lounge has plenty of room for entertaining, and relaxing as well as a gorgeous Rim Flow Swimming Pool. This villa boasts a guest bedroom with an on suite and direct outside access. In addition there is two smaller kids rooms with a shared bathroom. Though both kids rooms would be more than adequate for a single person. The Master Bedroom is a large opulent affair with a more than generous on suite bathroom featuring floor to ceiling mirrors and a double sunken bath. There are also exceptional views of the mountain and the ocean. There is Wireless and Air Conditioning in selected rooms, a triple Garage with direct house access as the well as a further three on site Parking. It is only five minutes over the neck to the bustling nightlife of Kloof and Long streets in Central Cape Town; a similar five-minute drive takes you to the word famous beaches of Clifton and the lively bars and upmarket Restaurants in- Camps Bay. |
