The property is located in the Deep Glen area, which is the most prestigious and wind-protected part of Camps Bay and is a seven-minute walk down to the beach. The house enjoys good sea views from most of the rooms, yet the area is very peaceful and green and there is relatively good privacy from the neighbouring properties as well. The house is secured behind wrought iron fencing with a full alarm and security system linked to the local security and Armed Response Company, which offers an excellent and professional service. There is also off street secure parking sufficient for two cars and a driveway gate, which is remote controlled. The property has direct access from the double garage and the visitors access is controlled by an intercom system.

The house is unusual for Camps Bay in that the entire living and bedroom area is on one level with only the pool area, flat-let and domestic quarters situated on a lower level.
In summary, the accommodation comprises a spacious open plan lounge/dining room opening off the entrance hall, which has a small guest toilet off it.
To the north, there is a bedroom wing, which comprises 3 bedrooms. The large main bedroom has panoramic sea views, has a tranquil feel as it is decorated in white cottons and dark wood furniture and is en-suite to a full marble tiled bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom between them. This bedroom section can be locked off at night for further security.

To the south of the main living room is the maple and granite kitchen/open plan T.V. room area. Adjacent to this is the playroom/study, which also has a TV set.
The lounge/T.V. room and playroom all open onto, the sea and pool facing terrace/entertainment area with wonderful views. The patio area outside the lounge is roofed and furnished as an outdoor room. The other portion of this terrace has a retractable awning with a full outdoor dining suite and an Australian outdoor gas barbecue for entertaining.
The guest flat-let underneath the house opens onto the lawn and is adjacent to the pool. It comprises of a large studio space providing a double bed and sitting area as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and a marble tiled en suite bathroom.
So, in total, there are five bedrooms, three double bedrooms with en suites, one double bedroom and one single bedroom sharing a bathroom. The house therefore comfortably accommodates four couples and one single person.
