| Located on the most glamorous stretch of Cape Town coastline 'Millionaires Row', pure north facing, this beautiful beach bungalow provides the perfect setting for an idyllic holiday experience. Overlooking all the famous Clifton Beaches, one has the incredible advantage of breathtaking views of the crystal blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the therapeutic sound of the waves, while sun tanning or bathing in your own, heated, rim flow swimming pool. Begin every evening with a spellbinding African sunset, providing the unique ambiance to end your day. The bungalow consists of 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite), (sleeps 8 people), 3 bathrooms in total, private garden and 2 BBQs (wood & gas). Three of the bedrooms are air conditioned. Added features include a 55" TV, PVR/DSTV (3 bedrooms can view separate channels), sound system, DVD and unlimited wireless internet. No steps when entering the property. There is a private garden and direct parking for 3 cars. There is also a remote controlled, tandem garage (75 meters away) that can fit 2 medium size cars - total parking for 5 cars. A 2-minute walk takes you to the popular pub and restaurant "Ex-La Med now called The Bungalow" and a very short drive or walk to all the trendy bars and restaurants in Camps Bay. There is a security guard outside the bungalow every evening (12 hours), the bungalow also has an alarm system backed up by ADT security. |
