| CLIFTON STEPS A stylish retreat nestled cosily up Clifton Steps is only moments from the beach with a backdrop of Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles and pristine waters ahead. Its perfect position offers a kaleidoscope of tranquil scenery that will take your breath away. Cliftons four quaint beaches of endless white sand and rocks lapped up by blue water are totally sheltered and just a few minutes walk from the villa. One can stroll down to Camps Bay beach with its pavement cafes, bars, renowned restaurants and shadows of palm trees. Table Mountain is a short drive away as well as the V & A Waterfront filled with shops, restaurants, beautiful African art treasures and a flamboyant atmosphere. This single storey villa has a little patio entrance of miniature pines, lush plants and scattered shells. On entering at the front door one encounters a modern and sophisticated, open plan beige tiled living area consisting of a living room, dining room and kitchen, all air conditioned. The perfectly positioned symmetrical living room is extremely spacious and adds to the special ambience of the villa with its light beige walls, natural touches and subtle arrangement of furniture. A well designed fitted fireplace with light colour fitted cupboards on either side and a plasma screen television above boasts an uncluttered minimalist style. The dining room is spacious and stylish with twelve brown suede chairs and lights over the table, two comfortable checked fabric chairs and a wooden chest of drawers complements the lashings of luxury that this villa offers. Adjacent to the dining area is a guest loo of little stone tiles. The fully equipped sleek and linear kitchen of stainless steel, plenty of fitted beige cupboards and marble tops blend in perfectly with the style of the villa. Down a lightly painted passageway you will find the villas four inviting bedrooms, each one a sanctuary of comfort and purity with light beige walls and matching floor tiles, fitted wardrobes with chrome handles, double beds with beige suede headboards and crisp white linen, large suede chairs and a king size white leather bed with a matching sofa in the main bedroom. Each bedroom has wondrous views and sliding doors that open on to the pool area. Bedroom one and two share a bathroom, bedroom three has an en suite bathroom and bedroom four an open bathroom in the centre of the bedroom. Each bathroom combines functuality with amazing comfort and style, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The large and polished vanity areas have self-standing, earth colour stone bowl basins and fitted cupboards beneath with useful drawers. The loos have hidden cisterns and the glass showers are open with light stone tiles. A large wooden deck area overlooks the Atlantic coastline with an extremely welcoming and lovely size swimming pool. The outdoor furniture is of a modern African quality with four loungers, four large and comfortable wicker chairs, a matching two-seater sofa chair, table and benches. A canopy cover also caters for laying back and enjoying the blissful solitude of your own space. The entire living area opens up to the pool deck creating a relaxed indoor-outdoor flow.
