| A dream destination Nothing can beat the beauty and glamour created with endless innovative flair of this perfectly situated sophisticated apartment. The contemporary and minimalistic, unfussy design is liberating, making the most of its wonderful views. Going out is likely to be on foot, with no need to take a car to the V & A Waterfront and beautiful sandy beaches or a walk along Sea Points promenade is not far away. Situated in an eclectic modern residential block in the Waterfront marina, the size of this villa allows for a flow of space with a well-designed open plan layout decorated with carefully chosen objects and upmarket finishes. Blending beautifully with its environment, the interior reflects the shades of its surroundings, the light floor tiles reflect sea sand, marble tops reflect smooth water pebbles, mosaic frames seashells and the dark wood reflects driftwood perhaps. Living area An open ended space comprising of a foyer, kitchen, study, living and dining areas surrounded by glass sliding doors allowing an extended view from the living area to the expansive decking outside with an abundance of natural light and cooled by the breeze of the surrounding water. The floors, walls and ceilings are the same colours throughout this apartment for a seamless effect with a variety of striking contemporary oil canvasses accenting the walls. With its large dark wood floor areas, that are easy to maintain, this apartment works wonderfully as an entertainment space where one can amble between the living areas and the sundowner deck.
