Serene and clean-lined, this modern apartment in sought-after Bantry Bay offers superior finishes and fittings and contemporary furnishings. It has gorgeous views across Bantry Bay and towards Robben Island from the living area and the entertaining terrace surrounding the pool.

The designer kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances and fittings, and has its own utility room discreetly tucked in behind. It leads directly into the dining area with its elegant white table and high-backed upholstered chairs in fresh and lively citrus colours that offset the surrounding neutral tones. Two overhead lamps add focus over the table. The sofas in the sophisticated living area are equally pretty in tones of lime and a large plasma screen as well as state-of-the-art music equipment is provided - not to mention the well-placed telescope, if youre keen on exploring the stars in the night sky.

The sparkling blue pool is private and feels as though it is virtually suspended over the street below. The coastal views are endless and its the perfect place for elegant cocktails or a relaxed outdoor gas barbeque in the evenings.

The spacious main bedroom overlooks the pool and is generously proportioned with a large interleading dressing room and bathroom with freestanding bath and separate glass-walled shower and loo, for added privacy. All the bathrooms are larger than most, and beautifully thought out with superior fixtures and fittings. The other two en-suite bedrooms dont have views but are spacious and airy with ample storage. All bedrooms are carpeted and air conditioning and underfloor heating is fitted throughout.

Parking for four cars is underground in secure parking and theres direct private elevator access into the apartment from the parking area. The road beneath the apartment is busy, so access is via Ravine Road above the apartment, but it is easy to walk to the beach and promenade via steps. The apartment is serviced daily and there are separate quarters for staff.

Bantry Bay is situated on the Cape Peninsulars most desirable and exclusive stretch of Atlantic ocean coastline. Most apartments are built on the steep rocky face of Lions Head or are perched above the sea. Its a stunning location with the beaches of Clifton and Glen Beach literally minutes away, and the promenade walks (towards Sea Point) are within walking distance. The V&A Waterfront is 10 minutes away and the restaurants on Camps Bays vibey beachfront are a few minutes drive from the apartment.
