| 1 Clifton Rd, Clifton, Cape Town. An elegant colonial villa, situated at the foot of Lions Head in between Camps Bay and Clifton, in a quiet cull de sac. Offering breathtaking views of The Atlantic Ocean, Camps Bay beach and The 12 Apostles mountain Range which is formed at the back of Table mountain. A leisurely 12 minute stroll will take you in one direction to Cliftons 4 word class beaches and in the other you will find Camps bay beach along with its many vibrant restaurants ,clubs and bars. Alternately just 50M from your door is one of many hiking/walking trails that scales Lions Head nature reserve, this walk is a must and takes you once around the impressive hill that would be a mountain. 45 minutes to the top where one has a the ultimate views of Table Mountain, Robin Island, Camps Bay Clifton, the Waterfront and the city. The Villa itself was designer as a boutique hotel and retains all the trappings. As you enter the villa you arrive in the Lobby which sets the tone, elegantly decorated and spacious with a very comfortable feel, casual sofa, coffee table and a real fire, the foyer is annexed to the office for your convenience that has fax service a dedicated computer and wireless ADSL broadband internet that sends a wireless signal throughout the Villa. The living room is as Comfortable as it is grade offering superior ocean views. The dinning room is next again offering superior views. The Kitchen is very large and functional. The 6 very large bedrooms (5 en suite the other with a dedicated bathroom) all offer Ocean, beach and Mountain views and are all of equal stature, such as you would expect to as a show piece in a five star hotel. All have King sized beds, satellite TV and plenty of wardrobe space. The Master suite offers a little more in the form of a sun room as well as a magnificent 4 poster bed. The Villa offers a number of terraces that offer quite splendid panoramic views in a very peaceful garden setting. The Swimming Pool is on of the largest of and private villa In Cape Town, lined with trees offering unobstructed views of Camps Bay Beach and the 12 Apostles Mountain Range. As you would expect to find in a hotel. Connected to the pool and running along the front of the house is tree landed path, perfect for relaxing or breakfast maybe. Whilst not as wind free as Bantry bay No1 Clifton road is well protected compared to its Camps Bay neighbors. Features.
