30A First Crescent Camps Bay A casually sophisticated home A casual and welcoming home in Camps Bay honours the beautiful area in which it resides boasting unhindered views of The Twelve Apostles, Table Mountain and Camps Bay beach, a haven that lets the scenery take the lead. Modern lines are elegantly combined with traditional materials and glass walls slide open on to an outdoor terrace and garden below inviting guests to do laps in the swimming pool. The tiled living area is open planned adding to the sense of light and space, with solid walls used only for the homes intimate bedrooms, and includes a kitchen, dining and living rooms existing together and three bedrooms above these. An air conditioned neutral living room allows the outdoors to create colour with its lightly painted walls and earth toned furnishings of wood and leather. A glass brick wall to the left, windows that face the front and glass doors to the back allow the natural light to flood in and warm this spacious room. Two dark brown leather sofas, a skilfully crafted dark wood glass top coffee table, a dark wood cabinet with a large plasma screen television and framed charming African prints reflect the natural beauty of the villas surroundings.
