Nestled in a quiet road in Upper Camps Bay, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy beachfront, this beautifully designed four-bedroom villa offers families and groups of friends a contemporary-chic and ultra-comfortable getaway. Exuding a timeless elegance, which is evident from the moment you arrive, roomy, open-plan living spaces seem to flow effortlessly into one another and high, double volume ceilings create a feeling of spaciousness and style. A chic lounge area with plush leather couches and a state-of-the-art entertainment system is the perfect place to unwind, with a wood-burning fireplace for cool winter nights and air-conditioning for the summer. The lounge flows into the well-appointed kitchen, dining and bar area, which overlooks the pool deck and is ideal for entertaining. A modern kitchen, with a five-seater breakfast bar, features a double fridge/freezer, gas and electric oven and hob, and designer coffee machine, while a neat scullery and separate laundry room can be found off the kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. A stylish bar with mini-bar fridge, kitchenette and sleek bar counter adds a touch of glamour and a neat guest toilet is conveniently located adjacent to the bar. The first of the four bedrooms can be found on this level, with twin beds, a lovely en-suite bathroom with shower and bath and access through sliding doors to a private terrace and the pool deck. Large sliding doors with modern louvre blinds can be folded back to connect the interior living spaces with a wonderful covered terrace and pool deck, an elegant outdoor lounge, barbeque area and dining table for eight. A small jet pool is the perfect place to relax and a table tennis table offers summertime entertainment. Electric blinds can be adjusted to keep the outdoor area shady and cool in summer. The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the upper level of the house, which can be accessed by a stairwell next to the bar. The master bedroom oozes sophisticated glamour, with a vast king-sized bed, a stylish en-suite bathroom with a walk-in ‘shower room’ and no less than three rain showers, and a separate bathtub tucked into the corner of the room with beautiful ocean views. The remaining bedrooms enjoy double volume space. Both bedrooms have twin (converted to king)-sized beds and feature en-suite bathrooms. All rooms enjoy modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, underfloor heating and heated towel rails and the house is fully secure and alarmed with CCTV security. The house has a lovely shaded garden with trampoline and jungle gym for the kids, making the property suitable for children. Roc Manor offers a double garage for two cars and a large driveway with off-street parking for at least three cars. The beautiful beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are just a short drive away, as well as the vibrant beachfront with an array of excellent restaurants, trendy cafés and buzzing bars. |
