The space also features a fully-equipped gas-barbecue facility. The living space includes a lounge, dining room and kitchen. Low-slung leather chairs face the large TV cabinet which also houses the full entertainment system i.e. DVD player, satellite and music system with surround-sound. A gas-lit fireplace frames the lounge space. The dining area consists of a round wooden table and may sit eight people. The kitchen is equipped with every top-of-the-range appliance and is beautifully finished. Its rear includes the additions of a scullery and laundry space. The villa features under-floor heating throughout. The villa comprises of three, individual en-suite bedrooms with ocean views and TV with satellite. All bedrooms share one large balcony area. This villa is not suited for children under the age of 12. |
